Multidisciplinary Communication Designer

As a highly creative and versatile Communication Designer at Together Hospitality (Elephant & Co., Cobbler & Crew, Gather, Juju, and upcoming concepts) in Pune, your role will involve blending brand storytelling, packaging, social media, and motion design to ensure that all our brands are consistently represented with excellence across every guest touchpoint. Key Responsibilities: - Translate brand values into visual assets across campaigns, menus, and seasonal drops. - Develop unique identity systems for new concepts and IPs (events, products, etc.). - Design innovative packaging for F&B extensions (merch, retail, takeaway). - Design static and motion posts, reels, ads, and stories aligned with content calendars. - Shoot and edit short-form content (reels, teasers, BTS storytelling). - Partner with Brand Managers, Marketing, and Operations to align design with strategy. - Build and maintain a design library of reusable assets (templates, illustrations, icons). - Explore AI and design tools to improve efficiency and scale workflows. Qualifications & Skills: - Degree/Diploma in Communication Design, Visual Design, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, packaging, or content creation. - Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro). - Experience in social media design, video editing, and motion graphics. - Ability to manage multiple briefs with quick turnarounds. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
