Mission Description:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer (L3) with extensive experience across at least two/three specialized technical domains. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring high availability and continuity of critical IT services, participating in contingency support scenarios and acting as a technical backup for core functions.

Profile Requirement:

Experience:

• Over 12 years of experience in IT support or engineering roles.
• Proven ability in at least 4 years in Level 3 or higher technical domains (e.g., Databases, Middleware, Security, VMware, etc.).

Technical Skills:

• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience .
• Database management (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• Middleware platforms (e.g., WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss)
• IT Security tools and processes
• Virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Experience managing contingency support and high-availability environments.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to critical incidents.
• Comfortable with off-hours and out-of-band support when required.

Soft Skills:

• High adaptability and flexibility.
• Ownership and accountability in mission-critical environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple technical teams
• Willing to cover some weekends in rotation with the rest of the team members

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support and technical backup in core IT domains
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across domains
• Ensure high availability of critical IT services
• Participate in contingency support and off-hours escalation
• Engage in on-demand onsite interventions when necessary

Note :

The activity is expected to be delivered remotely, nevertheless there will be an onboarding period on which an initial training would be provided (around 2 weeks), that would be onsite (exact location in the country (Philippines or India) will be agreed once the team is fulfilled).
