Key Responsibilities

Designing and Developing Integration Solutions

Creating APIs connectors and data flows to integrate different systems using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform

Collaborating with Teams

Working with business analysts stakeholders and other developers to understand integration requirements and deliver effective solutions

Ensuring Performance and Scalability

Optimizing integration processes for performance scalability and reliability

Maintaining Security and Compliance

Ensuring the security and compliance of integration solutions with relevant standards and policies

Documenting Solutions

Creating and maintaining technical documentation for integrations including design documents API specifications and user guides

Troubleshooting and Support

Identifying and resolving integration issues providing technical guidance and supporting other team members

Keeping up to date with the latest Mulesoft features integration trends and best practices

API Design and Management

Designing and managing APIs using Mulesoft including API specifications data models and versioning

Data Transformation

Utilizing DataWeave for data transformation and mapping between different data formats

Testing and Debugging

Performing unit testing integration testing and supporting QA testing to ensure the quality and reliability of integration solutions

Skills and Qualifications

Mulesoft Anypoint Platform Proficiency in using the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform for designing developing and deploying integrations

API Design and Development Experience in designing and developing APIs using RESTful and SOAP standards

DataWeave Strong knowledge of DataWeave for data transformation and mapping

Integration Patterns Understanding of common integration patterns and best practices

Database Integration Experience with database integration including SQL and database management

Java Development Familiarity with Java and its role in Mulesoft development

ProblemSolving Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues

Communication Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams

Testing and Debugging Experience in unit testing integration testing and debugging Mulesoft applications

Documentation Ability to create and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions

Additional Skills Optional but valuable

Mulesoft Certifications Mulesoft Certified Developer Level 1 or other relevant certifications

Experience with Cloud Platforms Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud

Knowledge of DevOps Practices Understanding of DevOps principles and practices

Experience with Messaging Queues Familiarity with messaging queues like ActiveMQ RabbitMQ or Kafka.
