• Conduct assessments (with our team) to identify gaps in MSME performance
• Deliver actionable growth strategies across 1 or more of the following domains:
• Marketing & Branding
• Sales & Business Development
• Financial Planning & Compliance
• Product & Innovation Strategy
• Operational Systems & Efficiency
• Tech/Digital Transformation
• HR, Team Structuring & Leadership
• Participate in short consulting cycles (2–4 weeks per business)
• Mentor founders during 3-month execution cohorts
• Help document case studies, SOPs, and real results
  

✅ You’re a Great Fit If

• You have 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting MSMEs or small businesses
• You’ve worked on turnarounds, 2x–5x growth cycles, digital integrations, or operational fixes
• You can identify real business problems and suggest realistic, affordable solutions
• You are open to project-based roles with flexible hours and scalable future engagement
• You believe in execution, mentorship, and measurable value creation

• 1:1 consulting hours with business founders
• Domain-specific growth roadmap or checklist
• Collaboration with internal execution teams and interns
