MSME Relationship Manager - Working Capital

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MSME Relationship Manager - Working Capital, located in Mumbai. The MSME Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and onboarding new MSME clients, creating and maintaining strong client relationships, assessing client creditworthiness, handling working capital requirements, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, credit assessments, loan processing, and collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management, particularly with MSME clients
• Knowledge of working capital finance and loan processing
• Financial analysis and credit assessment skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the banking sector is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
