Job Description

We are looking for a

Microsoft Teams & UCaaS Support Engineer

to assist in the design, implementation, and management of

Microsoft Teams and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solutions

. The ideal candidate will support Teams

policies, security, governance, enterprise voice configurations, and troubleshooting

while collaborating with senior IT staff to ensure seamless integration with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:


Teams & UCaaS Implementation & Support



  • Assist in the

    design, deployment, and management

    of

    Microsoft Teams and UCaaS solutions

    .

  • Configure and support

    Teams policies, security settings, and governance controls

    .

  • Strong experience with

    Enterprise Voice Policies

    ,

    Auto Attendant

    ,

    Call Queue

    , and

    E911 configuration

    .

  • Analyze and manage

    Teams DR, Operator Connect implementation, and Call Queue dashboards

    .

  • Troubleshoot and

    resolve basic issues

    related to Teams and UCaaS functionalities.


Integration & Collaboration



  • Work closely with

    senior team members and IT staff

    to integrate Teams with

    enterprise applications

    .

  • Support

    Teams interoperability

    with

    Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services

    .

  • Provide

    user training and support

    for Teams functionalities and best practices.

  • Maintain detailed

    documentation

    for configurations, troubleshooting steps, and operational procedures.


Continuous Learning & Best Practices



  • Stay up to date with the

    latest Teams features, enhancements, and best practices

    .

  • Identify opportunities to

    optimize Teams and UCaaS

    for better performance and user experience.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor s degree

    in

    Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

    .

  • Basic experience with

    Microsoft Teams and UCaaS solutions

    .

  • Strong understanding of

    communication and collaboration tools

    .

  • Ability to

    troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve Teams-related issues

    .

  • Excellent

    problem-solving and analytical skills

    .

  • Strong

    communication and interpersonal skills

    with the ability to work independently and in a team.


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience with other

    UCaaS platforms

    such as

    Zoom, Cisco Webex, or RingCentral

    .

  • Knowledge of

    Azure Active Directory

    and

    Microsoft 365 administration

    .

  • Relevant certifications

    (e.g.,

    Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate

    ).
