About the Role

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document meetings including agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
• Track and monitor project plans, issues, and risks; consolidate updates for status reports.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers.
• Escalate risks and dependencies appropriately.
• Ensure accountability by assigning clear ownership for all action items.
• Support project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
• Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience

  in project coordination or project management.
• Strong understanding of ERP programs, preferably

  MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain

  .
• Knowledge of common ERP workstreams:

  Finance, Supply Chain, HCM

  , integrations, and testing cycles.
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication skills

  with ability to work with US stakeholders.
• Proficiency in

  O365 tools

  (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with

  Azure DevOps

  and

  Jira

  for issue/risk tracking.
• Skilled at

  prioritization, risk tracking, and escalation management

  .

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience coordinating

  D365 Finance & Supply Chain

  implementations.
• Exposure to large-scale ERP or IT transformation programs.
• Experience working in a global and cross-functional environment.
