Job Title:

MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Location:

chennai,bangalore,pune,hyderabad

Experience:

6 – 8 YearsWe are looking for an experienced

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

with strong expertise in

security, roles, and permissions management

to support our

MS Dynamics Architecture team

for a 6-month engagement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Dynamics 365 environments, ensuring security compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage user management, security roles, business units, and field-level security within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / CE / F&O).
Administer Power Platform Admin Center to maintain environment-level security and compliance.
Implement and manage data access layers, record sharing, and hierarchy-based security models.
Integrate and manage Azure Active Directory (AAD) authentication and role mapping for Dynamics 365.
Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure secure and efficient system design.
Prepare and maintain documentation for security configurations, standards, and governance processes.
Support internal audits and ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

6–8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / CE / F&O).
Proven expertise in security roles, permissions, user management, and field-level security.
Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory (AAD) integration with Dynamics 365.
Experience with Power Platform Admin Center and managing multiple environments.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform is an added advantage.
