Job Description

Mphasis is currently hiring for SME Specialist Tech Engineer | Pune Location.

Subject Matter Expert (SME) Specialist Tech Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of technical support specialists to achieve KPIs.
Handle client interactions, provide timely updates, and resolve escalations.
Monitor team performance and conduct regular feedback sessions.
Review call interactions for quality and compliance.
Manage team schedules and ensure coverage during peak hours.
Identify training needs and conduct onboarding for new hires.
Implement quality assurance processes and corrective actions.
Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Resolve conflicts and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
