Mortgage Manager

• A Mortgage Manager overseeing Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) is responsible for driving sales, managing a team, and building client relationships for mortgage products.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for Home Loans and LAP, aiming to achieve defined sales targets and growth objectives.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure productivity and success in the assigned mortgage segment.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, and real estate brokers to generate leads and increase business.
• Monitor market trends and analyze sales data to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to company policies in the HL and LAP processes.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for senior management.
• Manage portfolio quality, ensuring low delinquency and high approval rates for HL and LAP disbursals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales management, ideally in Home Loan or LAP roles, with knowledge of DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channels.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies to changing conditions.
• Experience in managing MIS and compliance reporting.
• Results-driven personality, able to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
