Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in promoting and selling money market products (e.g., Home Loan, Loan against Property, Working Capital ,Business Loan) to individual and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, building relationships, and achieving sales targets through fieldwork and face-to-face engagements. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach prospective clients including individuals, SMEs, corporates for money market products. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and financial transactions. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale support. Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, regulatory updates, and competitor offerings. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in financial services, banking, or NBFCs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
