Wholesale – Closing/Retail – Processing/Closing/VA IRRRL UW – Underwriting/Origination/Docs 103/ Appraisal, ENO/ Recorded Docs/ Initial Disclosure/ 4506T Docs/End to End Origination/Government loans – VA / FHA/under Origination, Correspondent - Credit Audit/Servicing - Quality Monitoring/Title Review and Curative - Reverse Mortgage/Property Reports - Title Searcher 2/CD Prep/Loan Doc Packaging/Property Report – Recording/Curative/Title Policy/Title Search/Closing & Funding/Post Closing/Title & Closing/Wholesale Correspondent (Mini C)/ RMS HUD Assignment/Wholesale Correspondent (Mini C)/ Processing/RMS HUD Assignment/RMS HUD Assignment

Searching: Title documents search, Current owner search or full search, Property search

Curative: Documents verification, like deed of trust, tax certificates, open mortgage, payoffs Using Title applications

CD – Prelim: Checking Mortgage Closing Disclosure like appraisal, Deed,1003,flood certificate and flood insurance, hazard insurance, Updating missing documents

CD – Final: Auditing final mortgage loan documents like, Purchase contract, Hazard insurance, Property taxes, etc, checking the initial CD documents.

CD Revisions: Auditing final mortgage loan documents like, Purchase contract, Hazard insurance, Property taxes, etc, checking the initial CD document

Work Location: Bangalore.

Salary Package: 4.5lac PA

Rounds of Interviews: HR Round & Manager Round

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Should be flexible with rotational Shifts.
