Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Expert

Qualifications

Education:

Experience:

Technical Skills:

• Demonstrated expertise in creating

  M&E frameworks

  , including Theories of Change and Logical Frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SPSS, STATA, or R, and expert-level skills in 

  Microsoft Excel.

• Proven experience in designing and managing data dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or

  Google Data Studio.

• Strong skills in developing

  digital data collection

  tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK, SurveyCTO).
