Job Description

As a Monetization & Partnership Manager for Financial Products at Times Internet, your role will involve driving revenue growth through partnerships with BFSI, NBFCs, Neo Banks, and Fin-tech companies. You will be responsible for enhancing the ARPU growth of the existing user base and expanding it with a substantial impact. Your expertise in credit card integrations and partnerships between digital platforms and banks will be crucial for the role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive journey efficiency and possess a deep understanding of credit card onboarding journeys and associated regulatory guidelines. - Lead key spend projects from inception to launch. - Implement digital initiatives to boost spends by identifying gaps, initiating projects for process automation, and creating user journeys on App & Website. - Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to develop hypotheses, customer offers, and communication plans. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner banks, including senior executives and business leaders. - Collaborate with financial institution partners to develop and launch innovative products, services, and solutions. - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of partnership initiatives and optimize performance. - Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to shape partnership strategies. - Coordinate with the Marketing team of banks and Times Group for customer communication on offers. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to swiftly develop and deliver projects. - Build strong relations with internal and external stakeholders and align closely with Customer Service for a robust customer experience. - Ideate innovative acquisition concepts. **Qualifications:** - MBA from a tier 1 institute with 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in banks, fintech, or platforms with co-branded cards. - Proven track record in managing partnerships, driving business outcomes, and coordinating internal resources for partnership goals. - Experience in managing strategic clients and implementing client-centric strategies within a matrixed organization. - Solution-focused mindset with the ability to make timely decisions in high-pressure situations. - Positive, collaborative attitude with strong communication skills. - Ambitious team player capable of managing internal and external partner requirements in time-sensitive situations. - Market-oriented with a deep understanding of market trends, partner ecosystems, and competitive strategies. - Strong business acumen with expertise in business strategy, portfolio prioritization, and tracking key performance indicators. - Soft skills including leadership, effective communication, and the ability to work in different contexts. - Business vision focused on growth in acceptance and spends for Credit Cards products. - Customer-centric approach by analyzing user behavior and product usage in the real world. - Execution mindset to collaborate with various functions and deliver sustainable products. - Excellent communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders effectively.,
