Module Maintenance

1. Preventive Maintenance:

• Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance plans for solar module manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections, lubrications, and adjustments to ensure optimal equipment performance.

2. Corrective Maintenance:

• Diagnose and address complex equipment breakdowns and malfunctions.
• Lead maintenance efforts to perform necessary repairs, replacements, and upgrades.

3. Spare Parts Management:

• Manage spare parts inventory for module manufacturing equipment, ensuring critical components are readily available.
• Maintain detailed records of spare parts usage, reordering, and inventory levels.

4. Equipment Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date equipment documentation, including manuals, schematics, and maintenance records.
• Generate reports on equipment maintenance activities, downtime, and reliability.

5. Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Lead safety inspections and promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team.

6. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and equipment enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement upgrades and optimizations.

7. Training and Development:

• Provide guidance and training to junior maintenance staff to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in maintenance engineering.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance principles and practices, including troubleshooting and repair.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex maintenance challenges.
• Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and maintenance software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a maintenance team effectively.
• Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to respond to maintenance emergencies.
