Location : Indore And Coimbator **Looking for only Exp.into Modern Trade** Role & responsibilities : Identifies the areas of network expansion and introduces new products in the chains. Modern Trade Operations/ LFS Operations Once the goals are set for the month, the ASE conducts a performance review of the promoters where there goals and efforts are evaluated on the basis of progress made. Provides on-the-job training and/or classroom training to the frontline sales personnel by understanding their strengths and weaknesses Maintain knowledge of the current sales, promotions, schemes of competitors and security practices on monthly basis. Drive the secondary sales and monitor stocks. Drive the monthly sales through sales promoters. Looks after the process of selecting promoters/merchandiser and make arrangements of training programs for them. Month weise business forecasting, benchmarking the previous year.
