**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** You will play a crucial role as a Key Account Manager (KAM) for the Modern Trade Offline Business at Nua. Your primary responsibility will be to strategize Nua's growth within selected National MT Chains. Given that Nua is a new player in this channel, your contribution to both planning and execution will be vital. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability sustainably, aligning with the Business Plan by leveraging strong relationships with account Points of Contact (POCs). - Focus on entering National MT Chains with sustainable margins and within limited budgets. - Establish a strong culture of Tertiary Sales by utilizing available marketing assets such as in-store promotions and coordinating with regional sales teams to enhance promoter performance and maintain merchandising standards. - Collaborate with regional teams to strengthen local connections with Regional Single Points of Contacts (SPOCs) for National MT Chains. - Manage business Profit & Loss (P&L), revenue generation, business launch, development, and growth. - Foster strong and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure high fill rates and collections. - Analyze market trends and competitors" activities to formulate strategies aligned with business expansion plans. - Strategize marketing campaigns, assess monthly success, and effectively utilize promotion tools. - Provide regular reports and Management Information System (MIS) as per company requirements. **Qualification Required:** - Minimum 5+ years of work experience in Modern Trade. - MBA qualification is preferred. **Additional Details:** Nua is a venture-funded, direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand focused on transforming women's wellness in India.
