Mobilization Executive

Role Overview

The Mobilization Executive will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and mobilizing ITI/Diploma students for various training and skilling programs at ISIEINDIA. The role involves handling the enrollment process, ensuring compliance with portals (ISIEINDIA & NSDC), conducting student KYC, and supporting team-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Student Mobilization

• Identify and engage potential students from ITI, Diploma, and technical institutions for ISIEINDIA programs.
• Build strong networks with academic institutions, training partners, and student communities.

Enrollment Process

• Manage student registration on ISIEINDIA portal.
• Handle NSDC portal registration as per guidelines.
• Ensure accurate KYC documentation and verification of students.

Awareness & Outreach

• Conduct mobilization drives, workshops, and orientation sessions in ITI/Diploma colleges.
• Counsel students about program benefits, career opportunities, and enrollment procedure.

Team Building & Coordination

• Support and participate in team-building activities for enrolled students.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Training, Operations, HR) for smooth execution of programs.

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records of mobilized and enrolled students.
• Submit periodic reports on mobilization activities, enrollment status, and student engagement.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and counseling skills.
• Knowledge of ITI/Diploma student ecosystem.
• Ability to build networks with institutions and communities.
• Basic knowledge of student registration processes (NSDC/Skill Development portals preferred).
• Organizational and reporting skills.
• Team player with a proactive approach.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Management, Social Work, Education, or Technical background).
• 1–3 years of experience in mobilization, counseling, or student engagement (preferably in skilling/education/training sector).
• Familiarity with Skill India/NSDC processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
