Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Center Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our training and innovation centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of programs, managing staff and student relations, and maintaining high standards of delivery and compliance with ISIEINDIA protocols. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring all activities run efficiently and effectively. Coordinate with academic and training teams to ensure timely delivery of workshops, training programs, and other initiatives. Handle student inquiries, admissions, and grievances in a professional manner. Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and productivity. Ensure infrastructure, lab equipment, and learning resources are well maintained and utilized optimally. Drive student engagement, event participation, and feedback collection. Prepare regular reports on center performance, attendance, and operational metrics. Coordinate with the Head Office for compliance, policy implementation, and resource allocation. Build and maintain relationships with partner institutions, vendors, and local stakeholders. Ensure adherence to safety, security, and hygiene standards within the center. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree (Engineering/Management preferred); MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage. 3–5 years of experience in managing educational centers, training institutes, or academic operations. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle multitasking and problem-solving in a dynamic environment. Proficient in MS Office tools; knowledge of CRM/ERP systems is a plus. Strong customer service orientation and people management abilities. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
