Collaborate with management to
translate business requirements
into technical features and user-friendly app experiences.
Integrate
existing backend APIs and fintech systems
securely and efficiently.
Manage and guide a small team of developers (frontend, backend, UI/UX).
Ensure
high performance, scalability, and data security
across all app functions.
Implement
modern fintech features
like digital payments, customer dashboards, and push notifications.
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure smooth product delivery and consistent brand experience.
Stay updated with
mobile tech trends
, frameworks, and security standards relevant to fintech apps.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of
mobile app development experience
(Flutter, React Native, or Native Android/iOS).
Strong knowledge of
API integration, database management
, and
backend connectivity
.
Proven experience in
leading a small development team or project
.
Proficiency with
Git, Firebase, AWS, or other cloud services
.
Strong understanding of
UI/UX design principles
and app performance optimization.
Experience in
fintech, banking, or digital payment apps
is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
.
Prior experience developing
secure financial or transaction-based apps
.
Familiarity with
Angular / Node.js
or similar frameworks is an added advantage.
