Mobile Application Architect 27850

Location:

HyderabadWe are seeking an experienced mobile-application architect/developer to lead the development of a high-quality native business-productivity platform. Once the foundation of the application is in place, this role will be responsible for formalizing and evolving the mobile technology stack to support future releases.The team develops and maintains core productivity tools, including workflow management and request-tracking systems, task management platforms, and other collaboration/workload management tools. The scope covers full-stack development — front-end user experience, scalable application design, performance, and security — as well as infrastructure projects focused on reliability and availability.The primary objective is to build platforms that facilitate daily tasks, enhance collaboration, and maintain high performance. This involves improving user interfaces, strengthening system infrastructure, and ensuring robust availability to support effective request tracking and overall organizational efficiency.

What You Will Do

Design overall mobile application architecture and define technology stack.
Choose appropriate native and/or cross-platform frameworks for development.
Set up development tooling, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Build and iterate on mobile applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and user experience.
Collaborate with backend, design, and infrastructure teams to integrate services and enforce security best practices.
Evaluate new frameworks and third-party services, articulate trade-offs, and present recommendations.
Establish coding standards, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement processes for development and release cycles.

Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
7 to 12 years of professional mobile app development experience, including recent ownership of architecture or large-scale feature design.
Strong expertise in native iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
Hands-on experience with at least one cross-platform framework (React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform).
Deep understanding of mobile design patterns, offline storage, security, and performance optimization.
Experience setting up greenfield projects, automated testing, and CI/CD for mobile applications.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical choices, influence stakeholders, and work independently in distributed teams.

Nice to Haves

Experience in enterprise, SaaS, or large product-based companies.
Exposure to supporting large internal user bases.
