Mobile App Marketing Specialist – B2C App

About the Role

Versatile Commerce is seeking a highly driven and creative Mobile App Marketing Specialist to lead the marketing strategy and execution for a growing B2C mobile app. This role requires a deep understanding of app marketing, user acquisition, customer lifecycle management, and strong familiarity with digital marketing tools and channels to drive app installs, engagement, and retention. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive app installs, user engagement, and retention. 
• Manage and optimize performance marketing across Google Ads (UAC), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and influencer channels. 
• Implement App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies for increased visibility and conversion on Play Store and App Store. 
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key app metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention rates, LTV). 
• Drive content marketing strategies for brand awareness including reels, testimonials, and festival-based campaigns. 
• Collaborate with the design and tech team to ensure cohesive messaging and UX across platforms. 
• Explore offline/ground-level BTL promotions during religious events, festivals, and temple associations. 
• Leverage community building, WhatsApp campaigns, and referral programs to create organic growth. 

Key Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in mobile app marketing (preferably in B2C segment). 
• Proven track record of successful app user acquisition and engagement campaigns. 
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google UAC, and analytics tools like Firebase, Mixpanel, or AppsFlyer.
• Strong knowledge of ASO best practices. 
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. 
• Fluency in English and Telugu is a plus, given the cultural relevance of the app. 
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and user behavior.
