About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Mobile App Developer to join our growing tech team at Walsis eConnect India Pvt Limited. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications using either React Native, Flutter, or both.

You'll be building powerful, scalable, and user-friendly mobile apps from the ground up, working closely with our product, design, and backend teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality mobile applications using React Native or Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to build seamless user experiences.
• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and UI/UX across devices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Integrate APIs and third-party libraries as required.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues quickly and efficiently.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve development processes.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in mobile app development using React Native and/or Flutter.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, state management (e.g. Redux, Bloc), and UI design principles.
• Experience in deploying apps to the App Store and Google Play Store.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Firebase, push notifications, and offline storage.
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with native modules (Android/iOS) and platform-specific integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
• Previous experience building apps with high user engagement or downloads.
• Understanding of performance monitoring and analytics tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Sentry).
