Job Description: Job Summary As a Data Analyst at Bluphlux, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to enhance our recruitment processes. You will work closely with our team to analyze data trends, develop insights, and support the continuous improvement of our AI-driven recruitment solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns that can improve recruitment processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven insights and strategies. Support the development and refinement of our AI algorithms by providing data analysis and feedback. Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reports. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Skills Experience in the recruitment or HR industry. Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts. Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
