Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Asst. Dir-Data Specialist to join our team at Moody's Corporation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and management, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective data management strategies to ensure data quality and integrity.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, providing insights to stakeholders.
Design and maintain databases and data systems to support business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data into business processes.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff capabilities in data analysis and management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for data management.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of data analysis and management principles, including data modeling and visualization techniques.
Proficiency in database management systems, such as SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with data analytics tools, such as Tableau and R.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
