Data Analyst
Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Data Analyst to join our team at JoulesToWatts. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities and a hands-on approach to reporting and automation. You will work closely with business and operations teams to enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and Excel to support business operations and performance reporting Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI Automate recurring reports and processes using Python Leverage CRM tools to track, analyze, and report business metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs)
Provide ad-hoc analysis and data support for strategic decisions
Required Skills:
Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation Working knowledge of Python for data processing and automation Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools Familiarity with CRM platforms and understanding of sales/operations workflows Good communication skills and attention to detail
