Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Statistics, Machine Leaning (OLS, SARIMAX), Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and frameworks like Langchain and/or Llama index. Knowledge of Agentic frameworks like Crew AI or Langgraph is a plus. You will be responsible for designing and implementing ML models, developing and optimizing prediction systems, and advancing our AI capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of modern AI/ML techniques, including deep learning, traditional machine learning, and statistical modeling.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models.
- Apply prediction AI techniques to build models for forecasting and decision-making systems.
- Develop and implement deep learning models for complex problems, utilizing neural networks and other advanced algorithms.
- Work with traditional machine learning to solve regression, classification and statistical modeling problems.
- Utilize modern machine learning techniques for tasks such as natural language processing (NLP), image recognition, and recommendation systems.
- Apply discriminative AI techniques to improve decision-making models and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
- Continuously research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques in AI/ML.
- Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and accuracy across various business applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and other cutting-edge technologies.
- Work with big data and vector databases to enhance model training and evaluation.

- Strong knowledge of frameworks like Lang chain, Llama index, or other large language model management frameworks.
- Expertise in deep learning techniques such as CNNs, RNNs, and attention mechanisms.
- Proficiency in traditional ML for solving regression, classification and statistical modeling tasks.
- Experience with discriminative AI methods and applications.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, H2O and Keras.
- Experience with prediction AI techniques and building models for forecasting and decision-making.
- Solid understanding of machine learning techniques including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.

- Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Exposure to prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
- Experience with diffusion models, GANs, or multimodal AI (text-to-image, speech-to-text).
- Knowledge of optimization techniques (quantization, distillation, RAG).
- Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
- Hands-on experience with cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
- Knowledge of vector databases and big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Databricks.
