Mixologist

We are looking for a skilled Mixologist to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating innovative cocktails and mocktails, with a strong background in mixology.

• Develop and implement new cocktail menus and recipes.
• Conduct research on different types of spirits, ingredients, and techniques to stay updated on the latest trends.
• Collaborate with bartenders and other staff members to ensure consistency in drink preparation and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all drinks served.
• Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mixology or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of various types of spirits, including gin, vodka, and rum.
• Experience with flavor profiles and how to balance flavors in cocktails.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
