Mixologist

Key Responsibilities

• Cocktail Creation & Execution
• Develop, mix, and serve creative cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
• Innovate seasonal menus and signature drinks aligned with brand identity.
• Maintain consistency in recipes, presentation, and quality.
• Guest Engagement & Service
• Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations.
• Engage guests in storytelling about ingredients, techniques, and drink origins.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism.
• Bar Operations
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and requisition supplies.
• Monitor bar equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Team Collaboration
• Train and mentor junior bartenders or barbacks.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to staff meetings and share beverage knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or Beverage Specialist in a high-volume or upscale environment.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, syrups, garnishes, and cocktail-making techniques.
• Creativity and passion for innovation in beverage design.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of bar sanitation, safety, and licensing requirements.
• Certification in bartending or mixology (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
