We’re hiring experienced and passionate MIS/Digital Marketing Executive who are ready to grow in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update databases, trackers, and reports related to recruitment, marketing, and operations.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across all platforms.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and compile data.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
• Monitor and optimize online campaigns for better reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Source and generate leads of potential candidates using digital platforms, job portals, and social media.

• Use CRM or ATS tools to track and manage databases. (Preferred Ceipal)

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand job requirements and target sourcing accordingly.
• Leverage marketing techniques (e.g., email marketing, social media outreach) to attract qualified candidates.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools like Meta Ads and social media management.
• Familiarity with lead generation tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
