Job Description

Data Management: Collecting, storing, and managing company data (customers, employees, operations).
Reporting & Analysis: Generating regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations on performance metrics (sales, financials, operations) for management.
System Maintenance: Overseeing the operation, development, and security of MIS platforms, databases, and software. IT Support: Troubleshooting issues, implementing new solutions, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Collaboration: Working with other departments to understand reporting needs and implement system-based solutions.
Essential Skills Technical: Advanced Excel, SQL, Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau). Analytical: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving.
Communication: Ability to present complex data clearly to management.
