Job Description

Key Deliverables

Develop and implement efficient MIS dashboards to drive sales performance, operational efficiency, frontline productivity and provide dynamic platform for data-driven decision making.

  • Business Dashboards

  • Design dashboards basis strategic initiatives rolled out during the financial year.
  • Generate and maintain sales & operational reports, ensuring timely availability of accurate data for key stakeholders.
  • Provide necessary reports and insights to HO team to support data-driven decision making.
  • WSS Shall maintain & share WSS Index in terms of Plan vs Ach. & %age SNOP/Budget achievement along with BTD nos.
  • WSS – Shall maintain & share MBC/MBO/Volumes tracker for NPDs against planned GTMs.
  • Channel Engagement –

  • Design & maintain dashboards for channel engagement programs providing regular updates to Regional & HO teams.
  • CC Club – Ensure closures of current CC Club in terms of sales updates, qualifications, exception management, communication with CP/Team and coordination with CTM for travel formalities.
  • CC Club – Plan future CC Club providing base figures, growth targets, upgradations, closure & communication of targets with Regional teams.
  • DL Top 50 Signature Club – Design & share dashboard basis program construct with NSH,
  • Design & maintain dashboards for channel support schemes providing regular updates to Regional & HO teams.
  • Month Bonanza – Ensure closure in coordination with Regional teams by 3rd working day of every month.
  • Phasing Bonus – Share updates for 14th MTD & 21st MTD targets with Regional teams – wherever applicable. Any similar input such as Early Bird, Blitz or Flash sale to be updated in similar manner.
  • RSM Fund – Ensure closure in coordination with Regional teams by 25th of every month.
  • Infrastructure Growth –

  • Project Blue dashboard & regular updates to Regional & HO teams
  • Maintain data for 3 years at CP/Invoice Date level to prepare Project Blue updates at Town/CP level identifying Gap/Broken/Fair Share towns
  • Liaise with ASMs to finalise action plans basis value sales across sub-categories in each town.
  • Liaise with ASMs to prioritise on CP appointment – DI/DL for Gap & Broken towns.
  • Prepare & maintain tracker for “Focus” & “Others” category sales across towns – On pop strata cut i.e. 20LP/TLP/FLP/OLP/OLM towns.
  • NPD & GTM –

  • Coordinate with Marketing team for NPD calendar.
  • Prepare Tracker for updates on MBC/MBO/Volumes
  • Spotlight – Top 5 TSMs/ASMs
  • Set up Training calendars for Team & CPs
  • Sales Team Targets –

  • Design daily, weekly, monthly & yearly reports for Sales Team to analyse value & volume sales across channels & SKUs.
  • Train MIS resources for regular updates on routine dashboards.
  • Prepare & share KPI Update on quarterly basis with TSMs/ASMs/RSMs.
  • Share H1 updates with NSH/RSMs/BHR for Mid-Year Review
  • Share monthly updates in Q4 with TSMs/ASMs/RSMs
  • Design FOS Incentive tracker on month-on-month basis.
  • Ensure FOS-FA-DMS linkage is accurate & updated.
  • Liaise with RHRs for deactivation of FA IDs
  • Share confirmation lists on FOS-CP linkage with ASMs on monthly basis.
  • CIB Optimisation
  • Track & confirm accurate DI/DL and TSM/ASM Mapping at start of each quarter.
  • Cross check & confirm Primary Sales, Ceiling Lights and NPD sales at end of quarter.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Certification in Data Analytics/BI tools will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 4–6 years of experience in MIS and Business Analysis roles, preferably in Sales Operations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
