Job Description

Job Designation : MIS Manager

Location : Calicut

Job Role : The MIS Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of information systems that support business operations and decision-making. They ensure data accuracy, streamline reporting processes, and support strategic planning through effective use of technology and data.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Data Management & Reporting: Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and data analytics tools. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability for decision-making.
System Development & Maintenance: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of MIS infrastructure. Coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure systems meet user requirements.
Team Supervision: Lead and mentor the MIS team; assign tasks and monitor progress. Provide training and support for users on reporting tools and systems.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data collection and reporting processes. Implement automation and digital solutions to improve data workflows.
Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to data protection policies and IT security standards. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of organizational data.

Minimum 2 years of experience needed in this job role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
