MIS Manager

Role Overview: As the MIS Manager at Grameenshakti Microfinance Services Pvt. Ltd in Dhakuria, Kolkata, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and manage regular MIS reports for management, investors, and regulators. You will play a crucial role in generating branch-wise, region-wise, and product-wise reports to support decision-making processes. Accuracy and timeliness in data entry from branches and field operations into core systems will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will conduct data audits and validations to ensure data quality and integrity. Your role will also involve preparing reports for regulatory bodies such as RBI, SIDBI, and MFIN, following prescribed formats and timelines. Collaborating with IT and software vendors to enhance the MIS systems, including Loan Management Systems, Core Banking, and ERP, will be an essential part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and manage regular MIS reports for management, investors, and regulators. - Generate branch-wise, region-wise, and product-wise reports to support decision-making. - Ensure accurate and timely data entry from branches and field operations into core systems. - Conduct data audits and validations to maintain data quality and integrity. - Prepare reports for RBI, SIDBI, MFIN, and other regulators as per prescribed formats and timelines. - Collaborate with IT and software vendors to enhance the MIS systems (e.g., Loan Management Systems, Core Banking, ERP). Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience in MIS reporting, data management, and analysis. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
