Key Responsibilities: MIS Development & Management: Design, manage, and enhance MIS tools and dashboards to meet departmental and company-wide reporting needs. Data Accuracy & Reporting: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports and data used for business analysis. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with all departments (Operations, Finance, Sales, HR, etc.) to understand data needs and provide actionable insights. Team Management & Development: Build, lead, and mentor a small but capable MIS team. Promote a supportive and performance-driven work environment. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual work by implementing automation where appropriate. Decision Support: Partner with senior management to provide the data and insights necessary for strategic planning and operational decision-making.
