Key Responsibilities: Data Management & MIS Reporting: Perform accurate and timely data entry of all sales-related information, including leads, inquiries, bookings, payments, and customer interactions, into the CRM system or designated databases. Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Generate various MIS (Management Information System) reports regularly (daily, weekly, monthly) related to sales performance, lead status, payment tracking, and outstanding recoveries. Assist in preparing presentations and data visualizations for sales reviews and management meetings. Identify and rectify discrepancies in data to ensure reporting accuracy. Customer Follow-up & Support: Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers regarding inquiries, site visits, and proposal discussions. Assist the sales team in nurturing leads through consistent and professional communication (calls, emails, messages). Follow up with booked customers for document collection, payment scheduling, and other pre-possession formalities. Address customer queries and provide necessary information or direct them to the appropriate department. Maintain a detailed log of all customer interactions and follow-up activities. Payment Recovery & Reconciliation: Proactively follow up with customers for timely payment of installments and outstanding dues as per the agreed payment schedules. Send payment reminders and statements to customers. Coordinate with the finance department for payment reconciliation and issue resolution. Maintain records of all payment communications and recovery efforts. Escalate critical recovery cases to the sales manager for intervention. Administrative & Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales collateral, and managing documentation. Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing accurate and timely data insights. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., finance, legal, customer service) to ensure seamless sales operations. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
