Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports for management across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations).
• Design and implement data dashboards and performance trackers (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Analyze sales performance, lead conversion, and project ROI; provide actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM, ERP, and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and consolidate business data.
• Create forecasting and trend analysis reports to assist in business decision-making.
• Monitor KPIs and provide early warnings for performance deviations.
• Present reports and analytics to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
• Supervise data entry and ensure standardized reporting formats.
• Continuously improve data collection and reporting processes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and presentation of data-driven insights.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with leadership teams.
• Knowledge of financial and sales metrics in the real estate domain.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
