As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of Brickfolio – creating the first impression for our clients, partners, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients/visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, and redirect them appropriately.

Manage appointment scheduling and maintain meeting room availability.

Keep the reception area neat, organized, and welcoming.

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, HR, Admin) to ensure smooth communication.

Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing documents, and visitor records.

Support basic administrative tasks and assist the management team as required.

Key Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Business Administration preferred).

Prior experience as a Receptionist/Front Desk Executive is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-centric mindset.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,284.89 - ₹400,000.00 per month
