**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Analyst with expertise in Power BI to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, creating reports, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization, and a deep understanding of MIS principles.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Data Management and Analysis:**

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.

- Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

- Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify inconsistencies.

2. **Reporting and Visualization:**

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.

- Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand data visualizations.

- Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by management.

3. **Business Insights:**

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.

4. **Technical Skills:**

- Proficient in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

- Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

- Familiarity with other data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, R, Python).

5. **Project Management:**

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Ensure timely delivery of reports and analysis to stakeholders.

- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and MIS.

- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance data processes and reporting methodologies.

- Provide training and support to team members on data tools and best practices.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Proven experience as an MIS Analyst or similar role.

- Expertise in Power BI and strong analytical skills.

- Proficient in SQL and data management.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau or QlikView.

- Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R.

- Certification in Power BI or related technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
