Job Description

Data Management & MIS Reporting: Perform accurate and timely data entry of all sales-related information, including leads, inquiries, bookings, payments, and customer interactions, into the CRM system or designated databases. Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Generate various MIS (Management Information System) reports regularly (daily, weekly, monthly) related to sales performance, lead status, payment tracking, and outstanding recoveries. Assist in preparing presentations and data visualizations for sales reviews and management meetings. Identify and rectify discrepancies in data to ensure reporting accuracy.
