MIS Executive / Computer Operator / Commercial Executive

Location: Bachau, Kutch, Gujarat
Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹35,000 per month (as per experience)

Job Responsibilities:

1. MIS & Data Management

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Update and monitor production, dispatch, and purchase data in Excel / ERP.
• Analyze data and prepare summaries for management review.
• Maintain records for materials, attendance, and billing.

2. Computer Operations

• Handle data entry, file management, and report generation.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Prepare and format reports, purchase orders, and internal documentation.
• Support in system data backup and coordination with IT department when required.

3. Commercial Coordination

• Prepare GRN, purchase orders, and invoice entries.
• Coordinate with vendors, accounts, and store departments.
• Maintain inward/outward material registers and assist in dispatch tracking.
• Support day-to-day commercial and office operations.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas)
• Familiar with ERP / SAP / Tally preferred
• Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati)
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and well-organized

Qualification:

B.Sc. IT / Diploma (Computer / IT / Any Technical Field)
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in MIS, Computer Operation, or Commercial Department
