Job Description

🔹 Key Responsibilities 1. DMS Billing & Invoicing Create and process sales and service invoices in the TVS DMS (Dealer Management System). Ensure accurate entry of customer details, vehicle details, service items, and spare parts. Verify billing data and avoid duplicate or incorrect entries. 2. Data Entry & Reporting Handle Punchub/TR (Temporary Registration) data entry and documentation. Maintain daily records of sales, service, billing, and workshop activities. Prepare MIS reports in Excel (daily/weekly/monthly) as required by management. Update stock, vehicle movement, and service data regularly. 3. Coordination Tasks Coordinate with the sales, service, and accounts teams for invoice accuracy. Support the service advisor and sales staff with data updates. Assist in maintaining customer records and document files. 🔹 Required Skills Strong Excel skills (basic formulas, VLOOKUP preferred). Good typing speed and accuracy. Knowledge of DMS billing (TVS/Hero/Honda/Yamaha) preferred. Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple tasks. 🔹 Qualifications Any Graduate/Intermediate (Commerce preferred). Minimum 6 months experience in a dealership or admin/MIS role. Prior experience in automobile DMS or billing is an added advantage.
