Job Description

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing data, preparing reports, and analyzing business information to support management in decision-making. The role requires strong analytical, technical, and reporting skills with expertise in Excel and other reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, manage, and analyze data from Departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports as required.
Monitor business performance and generate insights through data analysis.
Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports to management.
Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and automated reporting systems.
Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting requirements.
Identify data discrepancies and provide corrective actions.
Assist management in planning, forecasting, and decision-making with data-driven insights.
Maintain confidentiality of organizational and employee information.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
Familiarity with MS Access, SQL, or Power BI (preferred but not mandatory).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
Attention to detail and time management.

Qualification & Experience:

2–8 years of experience as MIS Executive or in a data reporting role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
