Role Summary


An MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, analysing, and managing data to generate reports that aid in strategic planning and operational efficiency. They ensure the integrity of data systems and collaborate with various departments to meet reporting needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to generate accurate and timely reports.
  • Develop and maintain databases to store and retrieve data efficiently.
  • Design and implement data management systems ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to present data insights clearly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
  • Identify data trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as MS Excel, Advance Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
