1. Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
2. Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights to the sales and management teams.
3. Ensure accurate and timely order punching in the system.
4. Coordinate with the sales team to resolve any discrepancies in order details.
5. Track and analyze sales trends across SKUs and regions.
6. Highlight key opportunities and areas for improvement to the relevant stakeholders.
7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to prepare sales forecasts.
8. Ensure forecasts are aligned with inventory levels and market demands.
9. Monitor SKU performance and inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
10. Issue timely stock reminders to the sales and warehouse teams.
11. Oversee vendor creation and ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
12. Maintain a robust vendor database for seamless operations.
13. Ensure the accuracy of all data entered and shared in reports and forecasts.
14. Adhere to organizational standards for data handling and confidentiality.
15. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and finance, to streamline operations.
16. Ensure timely communication of updates and issues to the relevant.
