MIS Executive (Male Candidate Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong MIS Executive (Male Candidate) who will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data efficiently. The ideal candidate must have excellent computer proficiency, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical abilities, with a confident and professional personality to interact across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Prepare dashboards, pivot tables, and advanced Excel-based reports for management decision-making.
• Automate reporting processes and develop templates to improve efficiency.
• Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy, consistency.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather required information and present insights.
• Provide technical support in data management and troubleshooting reporting issues.
• Handle large datasets with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain the confidentiality of company data and records.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word), database management, and reporting tools.
• Excel Expertise: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Conditional Formatting, Macros (preferred).
• Strong computer and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage large datasets and prepare error-free reports.
• Strong problem-solving ability and logical thinking.
• Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an MIS Executive or similar role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
