Qualification : B.com or Any Graduate

Experience : 2 to 4 years

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and analyzing data to support business decision-making. This role involves maintaining databases, generating reports, and ensuring the accuracy and security of information systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various departments (sales, finance, operations, etc.)
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Maintain and update MIS databases and dashboards
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights to management
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline data processes
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting issues

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
