- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources (CRM, SFA, telemarketing, campaigns, etc.)
- Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support marketing and sales strategies
- Monitor KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, campaign performance, and P&L leads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions
- Automate recurring reports and improve data workflows
- Support data-driven decision-making for SALES
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems
