Jalan Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced MIS Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support informed decision-making across various departments. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust data management systems utilizing Google Sheets and Google Forms for efficient data collection and organization. Proficiently utilize advanced Google Sheets functionalities, including IMPORTRANGE, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, and other complex formulas, to extract, transform, and load data effectively. Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using Pivot Tables and advanced Excel functionalities (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, etc.) for insightful data visualization. Possess a strong understanding and practical experience with Facility Management Systems (FMS), Inventory Management Systems (IMS), and Project Management Systems (PMS) to integrate and leverage data from these platforms. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to management. Collaborate with various departments to understand their data requirements and provide timely and accurate reports. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reporting systems. Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in a data analysis or MIS-related role. Aged 30 years or above. Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas (IMPORTRANGE, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA). Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions. Familiarity with and practical experience using Facility Management Systems (FMS), Inventory Management Systems (IMS), and Project Management Systems (PMS). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
