Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team at Capital Square Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing critical data, coordinating with internal teams and external insurance partners, and ensuring the accuracy and timely reporting of management information.

Key Responsibilities

Managing monthly Point of Sale (POS) payouts:
Accurately calculate, process, and track monthly payouts related to POS activities.
Ensuring grid rectification and monthly updates:
Maintain and update essential data grids, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly.
Coordinating with various insurance companies:
Act as the primary liaison for data exchange and reporting requirements with multiple insurance providers.
Mailing POS statements related to shortfalls:
Prepare and distribute detailed shortfall statements to relevant POS agents/teams.
Updating Management Information Systems (MIS):
Input, maintain, and manage data within internal MIS platforms to ensure all information is current and accurate.
Handling onboarding processes:
Assist with data management and documentation related to the onboarding of new employees or partners.
Preparing monthly working reports:
Compile and present comprehensive monthly reports for management review, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience as an MIS Executive, Data Analyst, or in a similar data management role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) is mandatory.
Familiarity with other MS Office suites and data management software.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
